Risk Disclosure

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Please read this disclosure carefully before using Electric Soul. It summarises the main risks of our services and does not list every risk that may apply to you.

1.Regulatory status

Electric Soul ("Electric Soul", "we") is a brand operated by Electric Soul Technology Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. We provide technology that lets users fund an account with digital assets and spend through card-based payment services.

Electric Soul is not a bank, credit institution or deposit-taking entity. Balances held in an Electric Soul account are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit insurance or investor compensation scheme.

2.Card and payment services

Electric Soul cards are issued and processed by third-party card issuers and payment partners, and are subject to their terms and to card network rules. Transactions may be declined, delayed, suspended or reversed because of:

  • Regulatory screening and identity verification requirements;
  • Sanctions or anti-money-laundering monitoring alerts;
  • Merchant category or country restrictions;
  • Risk controls, spending limits and fee schedules in effect at the time.

We may restrict or suspend services where required by applicable law, by our partners or by our internal compliance policies.

3.Compliance and AML/CTF controls

We apply a risk-based approach to anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing controls. All users must complete identity verification before card services are activated. We may request additional information and may restrict, suspend or close accounts where:

  • Required documentation is missing, incomplete or inconsistent;
  • Account activity deviates from its stated purpose;
  • Regulatory, sanctions or fraud concerns arise.

4.Digital asset risk

Funding your account with USDT or other digital assets involves specific risks, including:

  • Digital asset prices can be highly volatile and you may lose some or all of their value;
  • Stablecoins may lose their peg, and their issuers or reserves may fail;
  • Blockchain transfers are irreversible; sending to a wrong address or network may result in permanent loss;
  • Network congestion can delay confirmation and change network fees.

5.Operational and technology risk

Our services rely on digital infrastructure and on third-party financial institutions, payment processors and card networks. Despite reasonable security and monitoring measures, risks include:

  • System interruptions or downtime;
  • Cybersecurity incidents, phishing and account takeover attempts;
  • Disruption at a third-party partner;
  • Restrictions imposed by regulators or card networks.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services. Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including people claiming to be Electric Soul staff.

6.Cross-border and regulatory risk

Services may be affected by changes in laws and regulations, cross-border compliance requirements, intermediary banking processes, currency conversion and settlement timing.

Services are not available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for making sure your use of Electric Soul complies with the laws where you live.

7.No financial advice

Nothing on this website or in Electric Soul products is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Electric Soul offers no yield, interest or investment return. Please seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
